Team C3 Sports Management Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Our services are tailored to each client’s specific needs and, as such, require a commitment from us to allocate resources and time immediately upon engagement. Due to the nature of our services and the immediate commencement of this work, we do not offer refunds once services have been rendered.

2. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel their service agreements in accordance with the terms specified in their individual contracts. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our team. Please note that canceling a service does not automatically qualify for a refund of any fees already paid, as detailed below.

3. No Refunds After Service Delivery We do not offer refunds for any services once they have been completed. This policy is in place because our services involve personalized work and significant time investment that cannot be reclaimed. We ensure our clients are provided with the fullest attention, expertise, and resources from the onset of our engagement.

4. Deposits and Prepayments Any deposits or prepayments made towards our services are non-refundable after services have commenced. This policy is in recognition of the initial resources and preparations made to provide our clients with high-quality service.

5. Exceptional Circumstances If there are exceptional circumstances where you believe a refund is warranted, we invite you to discuss this with us. Decisions regarding refunds under exceptional circumstances are at the sole discretion of Team C3 Sports Management and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
